TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FURBLE.PL ONLINE STORE

§1 General Provisions

  1. The online store available at www.furble.pl is operated by Anna Starchenko, conducting business at:

    (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

  2. The store operates under the trade name FURBLE.

  3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, concluding sales agreements, making payments, delivery, and submitting complaints.

§2 Definitions

  1. Customer – any person or entity making a purchase in the store.

  2. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  3. Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a sole proprietor making a purchase that is not of a professional nature related to their business activity and who is entitled to consumer protection under applicable Polish law.

  4. Goods – products offered in the store.

§3 Placing Orders

  1. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day through the store's website.

  2. Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales agreement.

  3. The sales agreement is concluded upon the Seller's confirmation of acceptance of the order.

  4. The Customer is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information.

§4 Prices and Payments

  1. All prices are displayed in Polish Złoty (PLN).

  2. The Seller benefits from a VAT exemption; therefore, all prices are gross prices and VAT is not charged.

  3. Available payment methods include:

    • Online bank transfers,

    • BLIK,

    • Payment cards,

    • Other payment methods made available in the store.

  4. Order processing begins upon receipt of payment.

§5 Delivery

  1. Delivery is available within Poland and the European Union.

  2. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the ordering process.

  3. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by the carrier.

§6 Right of Withdrawal

  1. Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights may withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.

  2. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Goods are received.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller by e-mail.

  4. The Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the Goods unless otherwise agreed.

  5. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned Goods.

§7 Complaints

  1. The Seller is liable for the conformity of the Goods with the contract in accordance with applicable provisions of Polish civil law.

  2. Complaints should be submitted via e-mail to: kontakt@furble.pl

  3. A complaint should include a description of the issue and the order details.

  4. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.

§8 Personal Data

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available in the store.

  2. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for order fulfillment.

§9 Liability

  1. The Seller exercises due diligence to ensure that product descriptions accurately reflect the actual characteristics of the Goods.

  2. The Seller shall not be liable for interruptions in the operation of the store resulting from technical issues or circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

§10 Alternative Dispute Resolution

  1. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint handling and dispute resolution procedures.

  2. Consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at:

§11 Final Provisions

  1. Agreements concluded through the store shall be governed by the laws of Poland.

  2. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 16 February 2026.

  3. The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal or organizational reasons. Such amendments shall not affect rights acquired by Customers prior to the effective date of the changes.
