Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
Customers who qualify as Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision through a clear statement, for example by e-mail.
The Customer is required to return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer.
It is recommended that the returned product be complete, clean, and, where possible, include the original tags and packaging, as this facilitates the product's further resale.
The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, including the removal of tags or visible signs of use. In such cases, the Seller may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
The Seller will reimburse all payments received from the Customer no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal from the contract. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until proof of its return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
