SHIPPING POLICY

Products ordered by the Customer are delivered within the Republic of Poland and the European Union only through the following carriers:

• InPost Courier

• DPD Courier

Furble.pl does not offer personal collection or cash-on-delivery (COD) payment. All orders must be paid in advance using the electronic payment methods available in the store.

Available delivery options may vary depending on the type of product ordered. Detailed information regarding delivery methods and shipping costs is provided during the checkout process.

Shipping costs depend on the size of the parcel and the selected delivery method. Free shipping is available for orders with a total value of at least PLN 500 gross (after discounts and promotions have been applied).

The total delivery time consists of the order processing time by the Seller and the delivery time provided by the carrier. Order processing takes up to 10 business days from the date payment is confirmed. Products are prepared on an ongoing basis.

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and the carrier's terms and conditions. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless a promotional offer or free shipping threshold applies.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will reimburse the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Store, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
